My stay at the hotel was a mixed experience. The rooms were clean and comfortable, but starting to feel a bit dated. The service was good, with kind staff members, but some areas needed improvement. The location was convenient for events at the Coliseum, yet dining options nearby were disappointing. The hotel had some great facilities, but a few aspects could have been better.
My stay at this hotel was a mix of positives and negatives. The rooms were not clean initially, with a used washcloth in the shower and an awful electrical odor, but I was moved to another room that was somewhat inconvenient without a fridge. The service was very attentive and friendly, making the overall experience pleasant. The location had its drawbacks with safety concerns in the evening, but it was perfect for our event. The dining was good but not exceptional, and the facilities were decent overall.
